Workbench planner – plan a workbench to your measurements in 3D

With the ParaBuilder3D workbench planner you plan your workbench right in your browser – free, with no account and nothing to install. You start with one of seven templates, such as the assembly bench, drawer bench, wall workbench or machine bench on casters, and adapt it freely.

You enter length, depth and working height to the millimetre, plus timber, top build-up, shelf, drawers and casters. You see the model in 3D straight away and can turn it to view it from every side; the planner keeps checking the design, for example for collisions, screw lengths and how far the top sags.

The planner does the sums while you plan: parts list with every part, cutting plan, shopping list and material costs. So you know what you need and what it costs before you go to the store.

Once the bench is planned, the build-plan package costs a one-off €14.99: workshop plan and detail plan as PDFs, with assembly steps and part drawings. The free sample plan (PDF) shows what the pages look like; more on the home page.
